KG, hereinafter referred to as 'BERlaser' or 'we', is used to describe the company.


I. Scope and Handling of Personal Data

This privacy policy is intended to inform our users about the extent and purpose of the collection and processing of personal data on our website. It is our obligation to respect and protect your privacy. II. Collection and Processing of Data

Due to our legitimate interest (internal system-related and statistical purposes), we collect data on every access to our website and its available files. The following data is logged for these purposes: - Visited webpage - Date and time of access - Data volume in bytes - Referrer/source from which you accessed the website - Browser used - Operating system used - IP address Further personal data is only collected on a voluntary basis from you, for example via an inquiry (contact form), when concluding a contract, or based on your browser settings.

III. Server Log Files

The provider of our website automatically collects and stores in server log files the information transmitted by your browser. Regular checks of data processing are conducted. All external service providers are bound by management instructions and are not authorized to pass on your personal data to third parties. Shipping companies commissioned by us also receive your data to ensure delivery. When using the website anonymously, only non-personal data is stored and used to improve the online offering. Tracing back is not possible.

BERlaser uses Google Analytics (a service provided by Google Inc.) to analyze user behavior on our website. This service utilizes cookies as described in Section V. The IP address is processed in an anonymized form (IP anonymization, IP masking) so that your activities cannot be linked to you personally. In exceptional cases, the full IP address may be transmitted to the USA, and data merging is prevented. Data is stored for 14 months and then automatically deleted.
